    We'll select the best photo for your portrait and study every detail to capture their personality. You’ll receive progress updates along the way—so you can watch their portrait come to life. 🎨

  • Step 3

    Your finished portrait arrives ready to display. We’ll send a preview before finalizing, so you can request one round of revisions to make it just right. A timeless piece of art that will keep their memory close for years to come. 🖼️

What makes a good photo? +
  1. Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
  2. Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.
  3. Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.
Can I have more than one pet in my portrait? +

Yes! We can create portraits with multiple pets. Please note that additional pets may incur extra charges. When submitting your order, please upload clear photos of each pet and specify in the notes that you'd like them included in one portrait.

What animals do you illustrate? +

We specialize in illustrating pets of all kinds! This includes:

  • Dogs of all breeds and sizes
  • Cats of all breeds
  • Small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters
  • Birds, reptiles, and fish
  • Farm animals like horses, goats, and chickens

What if I need to make a change to my order? +

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at petpetpaw2026@gmail.com with your order number and requested changes. We can accommodate changes if we haven't started working on your portrait yet. Once the illustration process has begun, changes may be limited or incur additional fees.

Can I preview my portrait before it ships? +

Yes! We provide a digital preview of your portrait before it goes to print. Once our artist completes the initial illustration, we'll send you a digital version for approval. You can request minor adjustments at this stage. After your approval, we'll proceed with printing and shipping.

How long does it take to receive my portrait? +

Our standard processing time is 20-25 business days for creation and an additional 7-10 business days for shipping. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. For expedited service, please contact us at petpetpaw2026@gmail.com for availability and pricing.
